Genclik Park includes an amusement park with a large pond for rowing and Kugulu Park is famous for its swans given by the Chinese government. There is an ice skating rink in Kurtuluş Park. Tourists to Ankara might like to visit the old shops in Cıkrıkcılar Yokusu offering traditional carpets, fabrics and leather goods; there is the coppersmith’s bazaar the Bakırcılar Carsısı, with carpets and jewellery as well as antiques.
